CRA was thrilled to be featured in a recent video highlighting the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation’s impactful Save Our Great Lakes (SOGL) Program. Since 2006, CRA has played a key role in reconnecting over 2,560 miles of streams for fish and aquatic organism passage—that’s nearly the entire length of the continental United States!
SOGL brings together public and private organizations to protect this vital ecosystem. From 2006 to 2023, the program awarded $128.6 million across 496 grants, with grantees matching this investment with an additional $155 million. Together, these efforts have generated a total conservation impact of more than $283.6 million.
