Description

2024-2025 Ordering Details

How does the Wild Roots Landowner Program work this year?

When you order a Miracle Tube Tree Protector package, you’ll reserve 25 tubes for pickup at your local conservation district’s Spring 2025 Seedling Sale. You’ll also receive a $50 voucher to use toward native seedlings at that sale.

Reserve your Miracle Tube Tree Protectors this fall/winter (supplies are limited!) and then use your voucher in late winter/early spring (February-March) to reserve native trees or shrub species through your local conservation district’s 2025 spring seedling sale. The $50 voucher will apply specifically to the conservation district’s 2025 spring seedling sale that you select when purchasing the Miracle Tube Tree Protectors.

How do I get my voucher?

The voucher will be in the form of your confirmation email. The 4-digit confirmation code will serve as your voucher number.  For orders with two packages, the confirmation code/voucher number will be worth $100.

Is there a limit to how many Miracle Tube Tree Protector packages I can buy?

Yes, there is a limit of two packages per person or planting address. The program is designed to ensure its benefits are accessible to multiple landowners served by the conservation districts.

How do I know when to use my voucher?

Just before your local conservation district begins accepting orders for their 2025 Spring Seedling Sale, we’ll send you a reminder to use your $50 voucher. Please note that the voucher is valid only for purchasing native trees and shrubs from the district’s 2025 Spring Seedling Sale.

Miracle Tube orders will be available for pickup at your conservation district’s designated location during their Spring Seedling Sale event, where you’ll also collect the native tree and shrub seedlings reserved with your voucher.

When and where will I pick up my tree tubes and native seedlings?

NOTICE: Hemlock woolly adelgid, an invasive species, is trying to move northward in Michigan along the Lake Michigan shoreline. It is currently in Mason County and the Mason-Lake Conservation District is working hard to contain it. They are partnering with Northwest Michigan Invasive Species Network and The Charlevoix, Antrim, Kalkaska, and Emmet Cooperative Invasive Species Management Area to do surveys on private lands during the winter months for this little bug. The lakeshore counties from Oceana up to the bridge are those where the survey work is focused. If you are interested in a free survey of your trees, Please Contact the Mason-Lake Conservation District at (231) 757-3707 ext. 111 or add the free survey to your cart with your purchase
